All herbs and supplements are an additional charge.

We do not file insurance claims, but we will gladly provide a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (including Health Savings and FSA cards).

A missed appointment or one that is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
